However, if you face any issues with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund & Return Policy below for clarity on how we handle returns and refunds.
You may request a return or replacement within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that:
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
The item is not damaged or altered by the customer.
You have proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or confirmation email).
The item is not a non-returnable product (e.g., personal care, opened cosmetics, underwear, custom-made or discounted items).
Returns requested after the 3-day window will not be eligible.
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
Skincare and cosmetic products once opened or used.
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance offers.
Custom-made or pre-ordered products.
Digital items or downloadable content (if applicable).
This is to maintain hygiene standards and fairness for all customers.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:
Clear photos of the product (showing damage or issue).
Photos of the packaging and invoice.
Your order number and contact details.
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or return if validated.
Refunds are processed in the following cases:
If a product is out of stock after you place the order.
If the return is approved due to damage, defect, or wrong delivery.
If cancellation is made before shipment (within 24 hours of placing the order).
Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (or via bank transfer/EasyPaisa/JazzCash, as agreed). Refunds are not applicable for change of mind or delayed courier delivery beyond our control.
Exchanges are allowed only once per order, provided:
The item meets our return eligibility criteria.
You request the exchange within 3 days of receiving the product.
You cover the cost of return shipping (unless it was a mistake on our part).
We will dispatch the replacement product once we receive and inspect the original item.
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, before they are processed for shipment. After this time, cancellations will not be entertained. To cancel, email us at hamzazaffar0073@gmail.com with your order number.
Customers are responsible for securely packing and shipping returned items unless otherwise directed. PakRiwaayat will not be liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.
All returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team after your return request is approved.
